- A confident PC user, knowledge of 1C and Excel.

Areas of responsibility:
- Recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees.
- Entering data into HR systems and 1C.
- Preparation of printed personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of the law.
- Accounting of employee vacations and working with electronic sick leave.
- Formation and management of personal affairs of employees.
- Formation of organizational structures and staffing.
- Familiarization of employees with regulatory documents.
- Maintenance of documentation and journals on labor protection and fire safety.
- Counseling of employees on personnel issues (issuance of certificates).
- Maintaining and updating information in PeopleForce.
- Participation in other personnel processes.
