Requirements to knowledge
- Legislative and regulatory acts; methodical materials on personnel accounting and movement; legislation on labor
- The procedure for drawing up pensions, maintaining and storing work books and personal files of the company's employees; the structure of the enterprise and its divisions; standards of a unified system of record keeping, organizational and administrative documentation
- Procedure for establishing the names of employees' professions, general and continuous experience of a certain job, benefits, compensation for employees
- Procedure for maintaining a data bank about personnel of enterprises
- Knowledge of the requirements of the legislation for keeping primary accounting documentation
- The procedure for drawing up labor reports
- Knowledge of the requirements of the legislation that regulate electronic document management
- Fundamentals of labor legislation
Responsibilities
- Support of personnel records in 1C li>
- Formation of personal files of employees
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of granting all types of vacations
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of granting all types of vacations
- Preparation of registration documents vacations, control over them registration
- Formation of the vacation schedule, control over its observance
- Issuance and management of P2 cards in the part of vacations
- Compilation of vacation reserves
- Work with electronic sick leave
- Calculation of seniority of employees for sick leave letters
- Formation of FSS protocols
- Working with shift schedules
- Formation business trips
- Preparation of internal reporting and information upon request
Our ideal candidate
- Higher education (preferably legal)
- Experience in the relevant field - at least 2 years
- Work experience in international companies
- Proficient PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint), knowledge of the program 1s personnel
- Experience of working with documents, primary documentation: design, keeping registers, archiving, etc.
- Experience of working with personnel documentation
- Experience of working with a summarized schedule (graphs variability)
- Experience of working with electronic document management
- Experience of managing personal files of employees
- Filling and accounting of labor of books
- Experience in keeping a timesheet
- Experience in accounting for employee vacations, creating a vacation schedule, creating vacation reserves
- Experience in work reporting with personnel, generating statistical reports
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level
- Ability to work with people and in a team, communication, responsibility, attentiveness, punctuality, work for results
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of spelling and rules of business correspondence
- Work experienceor participation in complex automation of office management processes at the enterprise
