Our product — wild but cool specialty coffee, which we independently find from farmers from all over the world, deliver to Ukraine and open it to the full.
And now we need a specialist in personnel accounting.
Our team is an average of 50 employees.
We work in the European accounting system SAP B1 and provide free training on this program.
of Ukraine and other regulatory acts- Knowledge of MEDOC at the level of an experienced user
What needs to be done:
Conducting personnel records in full (recruitment, dismissal, transfers, vacations, orders, formation of personnel files, staff list)
Formation of personnel orders, time sheet, entry of information on absence of employees
Entry of personnel data, changes and display of all processes of personnel administration in SAP B1
Control of compliance with the vacation schedule and execution of the manager's orders regarding personnel work
Working with the PFU site
Information submission about hired employees (MEDOC). Signing of personnel documents EDS
Formation of internal personnel reporting
Document archiving
Preparation of reports to state bodies (statistics, tax, employment center etc.)
Military accounting
Control over the implementation of labor legislation and internal regulations of the company.
