OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• higher education;
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position, production is desirable;
• knowledge of personnel administration and labor legislation of Ukraine.

MAJOR TASKS:

• full cycle of personnel administration (preparation of orders; formation and management of personnel employee affairs, control of work time sheets and shift schedules);
• accounting for the provision of all types of vacations;
• compilation and provision of certificates at the request of employees;
• issuance of sick leaves ;
• preparation of documents for transfer to the archive;
• preparation of relevant reporting.
