• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Fluency in PC (MS Office Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, basics of office management
• Communication, attentiveness, literacy, stress resistance

• Prepare personnel orders
• Keep personnel files, cards, and employee records time
• Prepare annual leave schedules
• Issue sick leaves
• Maintain and record work books
