From the candidate we expect:

• You have successful experience in personnel administration from 1 year;
• High knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and regulatory documents;
• Trusted user: 1C; MS office;
• Flexible to changes, and ready to work outside the template;
• Able to see a problem, warn or solve it in advance.

Tasks that will be faced You:

• Keeping personnel records in full (500 people) ;
• Keeping personal files, work books;
• Closing report cards;
• Personnel management accounting in 1C;
• Working with the archive;
• Communication with heads of units on matters of personnel administration.
