Personnel inspector in Silpo

Silpo HR Department invites a HR Inspector to its team.

For work you will need:

• Work experience from 1st year;
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration;
• Knowledge of military accounting;

• Competent oral and written communication;
• Confident PC user, experience with personnel accounting systems (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Management of personnel records (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, vacations, business trips, leaves of incapacity for work and other absences);
• Recording of personnel, including of conscripts and conscripts;
• Accounting of working hours (closing time sheets);
• Maintenance of org. structures;
• Archiving of personnel documentation;
• Issue of KEP and bank cards for employees.
