Your skills:
- Experience in personnel management (admission, transfer, dismissal, business trip, vacations, etc.) ) from 1 year with a staff of 50 or more employees.
- Working with the staff list, vacation schedules, position / work instructions, departmental regulations.
- Understanding military record keeping.
- Work experience in BAF / ZUP.
- Practice of keeping paper work books.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, regulations on labor and personnel records, DSTU.
< li>Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of modern spelling.- Ability to work with a large amount of paper documentation.
- Ability to analyze and systematize information.
- A confident PC user, work with Google Docs, Disk, Sheets.
- Responsibility, attentiveness, self-organization, analytical mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
The team is waiting for you:
- Maintenance of personnel records (registration of acceptance, dismissal, secondment, transfer, granting of vacations to employees).
- Registration of P-2.
