Your key tasks:
- Performance Management System: Building and implementing an evaluation system (KPI, OKR, 360).
- Efficiency Analysis: Identifying "bottlenecks" in the work of teams and developing plans to eliminate them.
- Incentive Programs: Collaboration with C-level and HR to create incentive systems based on real numbers.
- L&D Strategy: Determination of Skills Gap on the basis of assessment and formation of training requests for the HR department.
- Reporting & Change Management: Preparation of analytical reports for top management and support of transformation processes
?? Technical requirements and experience: Experience: 2 years or more in the role of Performance Manager, Business Analyst or HR Project Manager 360-degree feedback.
Hard Skills:- Advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables).
- Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI) will be a significant advantage.
- Description skills and business process reengineering.
