The tasks of this position are as follows: 

• Development of an online training platform: creation, implementation and management of various training and development programs, ensuring their relevance and availability for employees.

• Administration of personnel evaluation processes: coordination and support of employee performance evaluation processes, analysis of results and creation of recommendations for management.

• Development of development plans: development of individual development plans for employees, taking into account business needs and career goals of employees.

• Search for new training providers: market analysis, negotiations and cooperation with new providers to organize training programs for the specific needs of the company.

• Onboarding of new employees: organizing the process of familiarization of new employees with the company, ensuring their quick adaptation and involvement in the corporate culture.

• Organization of corporate events and development of corporate culture.

• Organization and conduct of personnel engagement assessment.

Wishes for the candidate's experience: 

• 2 years of experience in a similar position,

• Experience in the administration and development of online learning platforms.

• Practical experience in the implementation of personnel evaluation and development projects.

• Learning needs analysis and develop effective strategies development.

• Knowledge of the English language will be an additional advantage for the development of online training in international markets.

• The desire to develop and be involved in the development of the team.
