• Development of an online training platform: creation, implementation and management of training and development programs, ensuring their relevance and accessibility for employees.
• Administration of personnel evaluation processes: coordination and support of employee performance evaluation processes , analysis of results and creation of recommendations for management.
• Development of individual development plans for employees, taking into account business needs and career goals of employees.
• Search for new training providers: market analysis, negotiations and cooperation with new providers to organize training programs for the specific needs of the company.
• Onboarding of new employees: organization of the process of familiarization of new employees with the company, ensuring their quick adaptation and involvement in the corporate culture.
• Organization corporate events and development of corporate culture.
• Organization and evaluation of personnel involvement.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the administration and development of online learning platforms.
• Practical experience in the implementation of staff evaluation and development projects.

• Timeanalyze training needs and develop effective development strategies.
• Knowledge of the English language will be an added advantage for the development of online learning for international markets in our offices.
• Willingness to develop and be involved in development teams.
