Personnel document management specialist (personnel accountant) in Dent Line

We are looking for highly qualified specialists to join our team, we are currently openpersonnel document management specialist:

Requirements:

• Full higher education, work experience of 2-3 years;
• Experience with programs BAS/BAF (1C);
  
• Knowledge of personnel legislation;
• Attention, high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and preparation of personnel administration documents (documents for recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees, etc.) fully guided by the current labor legislation of Ukraine (experience in the medical field will be an advantage);
• Tabelny accounting of working hours;
• Registration of all types of vacations;
• Accounting and filling in work books;
• Formation of personal files of employees of the Medical Center;
• Organization of filling out registration cards according to personnel f.P-2;
• Issue and issuance of certificates from the place of work;
• Issue of temporary incapacity for work sheets and calculation of work experience;
• >Entering the necessary information about employees in the BAS/BAF database;
• Experience in keeping military records of conscripted employees is welcome and will be an advantage of the candidate.

• The work schedule varies from 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00 strong> — (all details during the interview).
