Your tasks will be: Development of the HR strategy, determination of its main directions in accordance with the Company's development strategy, and ensuring its implementation.Formation of the Company's HR budget. hr-processes in the Company (recruitment, adaptation, assessment, development, training, motivation) Creation of a balanced motivation system, KPI, payment system for production personnel Recruitment of personnel, cooperation with educational institutions Work on the HR brand of the company Management of the formation of personnel reserves Development of job instructions, optimization of functional duties of employees Business optimization -processes related to personnel management Development and implementation of a personnel loyalty program, building effective communications within the company, formation of corporate culture, internal PR of the company, organization and conduct of corporate events aimed at supporting corporate standards, creation of a working environment productive for achieving the company's goals Agree or block personnel appointments, including key positions up to the level of managers (departments, divisions) from Gen. director to initiate changes (interaction with the General Director) of the organizational structure. Block changes to org. structures that lead to ineffectiveness of personnel work and / or an unjustified increase in personnel costs What we expect from you: Experience as an HRD officer (from 2 years) Higher education in the field of personnel management English proficiency — level B1 a friend Experienced PC user: 1C, MSOffice Professional skills: Possession of modern methods of personnel evaluation ; the ability to build a system of motivation and adaptation of personnel; knowledge of labor legislation; Knowledge of search and recruitment technologies. Good knowledge of business etiquette, excellent interpersonal and business communication skills with staff of all levels.
