Personnel director (AGRO direction) in Biznes Grup

In connection with the expansion of the business, I am looking for a colleague in the AGRO direction (growing vegetables) open ground.

Permanent work with a physical office in Zhytomyr region.
Therefore, readiness for business trips or residence in the territory of conducting business.

The main tasks will be:
- closing mass (brigade) recruitment in vegetable harvesting season;
- closure of administrative staff if necessary or staff expansion;
- development of staff motivation system;
- selection of own team of recruiters for quality work.

< br/>Main requirements for the candidate:
- experience of working with AGRO for at least 2 years in the direction of personnel selection/adaptation and motivation;
- confident PC user;< br/>- sociable, stress-resistant and self-confident character.
