support and counseling of management: diagnostics of command motivation, advice to managers in any issues related to staff. Conducting research by ENPS. Resolving staff conflicts, development of tangible and intangible systems of encouragement, conducting corporate measures. 

Team support and counseling: to obtain general support, career consultations, work environment, work balance and personal life

employee consultant: How to take a vacation, how to improve performance, how to use administrative tools

Planning expected in this position: plan/fact of vacancies year/month with a budget. Calculation of the funnel of hiring. Control of employees 'working time and analysis of employees' statistics- weekly. Financial plan/fact of HR expenses for a month. Weekly planning of their tasks.  Candidate Requirements
