"Personnel development and training specialist"

What will need to be done:

• implement training programs during personnel adaptation
• assess the need for personnel training;

• advise managers on staff development;
• monitor the performance of tools used in training

We expect from the candidate:

• experience as a training specialist from 1 year;
• willingness to constantly develop;
• willingness to work on interesting tasks
