• 80% of working time - keeping military records of conscripts and conscripts of the Bayer group of companies in Ukraine
  • Administration of military records of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law
  • Maintenance of military records of conscripts and reservists
  • Ensuring the process of booking employees: preparation of appropriate documents for booking, tracking its stages, issuing extracts about booking to employees, informing the TCC about the provision of booking and other actions in accordance with the law
  • Supporting the process of mobilization/demobilization of employees
  • Providing advice on military accounting and booking to employees and department heads
  • Reporting on military accounting and booking in accordance with the requirements of the law
  appropriate documents when hiring/transferring/dismissing employees
  • Preparation of documents regarding the granting of leave and registration of sick leave
  • Accounting of working hours of employees (time sheet)
  • Preparation of documents for payment wages (time sheet, payment orders, entering relevant data in 1C, etc.)
  • Submission of reports in accordance with current legislation

• 10% of SAP management in the fixed area of ​​responsibility (estimated number - up to 150 employees)

  • Maintaining information in SAP relevant to the current structure of the group of companies
  • Reflecting personnel movement of employees (reception /transfer/decree/dismissal)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the CCP and other normative acts on labor law
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of military accounting, reservation and mobilization (which is confirmed by the relevant certificate)
• Experience in keeping military accounting at the enterprise
• Ability to work in 1C, SAP, MEDOC, ArtZvit
• Ability to work in a team and focus on tasks
