Main work tasks:

• Documentation of employment acceptance , transfer, relocation, dismissal of employees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine;
• Issuance of vacations and control of compliance with the vacation schedule;
• Accounting of the use of working time by employees;
• Ensuring timely work-off sick leaves;
• Establishing and making changes to work schedules;
• Regulating the involvement of employees in overtime and weekend work;
• Preparing draft responses to employee requests , preparation of reports by line of work.

You are our candidate if :

• Have solid knowledge of labor legislation, fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral, written), time management and self-organization skills, desire for learning and development;
• Have an organized package of documents (in particular, a registration certificate or a military card).
