Your main tasks will be:

• analyzing the quantitative and qualitative composition of the branch's employees;
• compilation of personnel reporting;
• use of automated systems for accounting, accumulation, storage and processing of personal data of employees for the purpose of information and analytical support;
• implementation of analytical and advisory support for the operation of automated systems for accounting;
• submission of information about employees to PFU, Central Office, DPS;
• support of personnel information systems.

Required professional experience:

• complete higher education;
• work experience in personnel administration for at least 1 year;
• confident PC user, high level of Excel fluency;
• ability to analyze and summarize information;
• ability to work with a large volume of information;
• ability to prepare personnel reports.
