Personnel administration specialist in DP World TIS Pivdennyi

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administration Specialist to join our team in Odesa, Ukraine. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of personnel records (orders on hiring, dismissal, vacations, transfers, transfers, etc.)
• Compilation of vacation schedules
• Maintenance of staff list enterprises
• Calculation of work and insurance experience
• Keeping records of sick leaves
• Issue and maintenance of employee identity cards and work books
• Maintenance in full the scope of military records of employees (lists, correspondence with RTCC and SP, notification of employees, reporting) (admission, dismissal, transfer)
• Preparation of the necessary information and execution of orders of the immediate supervisor
• Communication with the heads of divisions, provision of the necessary personnel support on all issues

• Knowledge of labor legislation, KZpP
• Knowledge of Office programs (World, Excel) and 1C program (salary + personnel)
• work experience 3-5 years
