HR manager administration

Main duties:

• Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities
implementation
• Filling, accounting and storage of work books, determination of length of service, issuing certificates about the current and past work activities of employees
• Keeping records of the granting of vacations to employees, control over drawing up and receiving schedules of regular vacations
• Maintenance of military records
• Maintenance of the archive of personal files, preparation of documents for their transfer to the archive

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Experience as a personnel administration specialist from 1 year
• Confident PC user (Word,Excel,1C)
• Good communication skills, stress resistance, attentiveness, politeness
