In connection with the expansion and development of the network, we are looking for a STAFF ADAPTATION MANAGER for our team.
The main goal of the position:to ensure the successful adaptation and support of interns at all stages of their work. in the company.

Your main tasks:
- organization and implementation of adaptation programs for new employees, support during the trial period;
- conducting introductory interviews with new interns, familiarization with the company, its values and work principles;
- participation in the formation of the sales trainee profile (key skills, behavior, motivation);
- ensuring uniform adaptation standards at all outlets (checklists, mentoring quality control);
- coordination of interaction between the intern, recruiter, mentor and curator on adaptation issues;
- trips to outlets for direct support of trainees and development of mentors, with the possibility of influencing the process of training and growth of the team;
- introducing an adaptation plan in the CRM system;
- taking an active part in coordinating the further development of personnel.
Our expectations:
- experience in HR, preferably in a retail network;
- developed communication skills, the ability to find a common language with people;
- systematic, organized, the ability to work in multitasking mode;
- orientation on results and staff development;
- analysis of training needs and formation of training plans;
- practical experience with processes: recruiting, adaptation, staff training;
- skills in working with the CRM system for the adaptation manager will be an advantage;
- ability to quickly master new knowledge, standards and tools;
- ability to work with confidential information and personal data, compliance with corporate standards.
