HR specialist in Inzhiniring park

The engineering company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented personnel accounting specialist who will become part of our team and will ensure high-quality management of personal data, personnel documentation and support of the company's HR processes.

Main duties:

• conducting personnel records in full (recruitment, transfer, dismissal);
• formation and management of personal files of employees, reports recording of working hours;
• preparation of orders, personnel documents, internal administrative acts;
• keeping military records (preferred);
• control of relevance and completeness of personnel information in databases;
• participation in the formation of the staff list and accounting of vacant positions;
• search and recruitment of personnel: placement of vacancies, work with resumes, conducting initial interviews, communication with candidates.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 1 year of work experience as a personnel officer or HR administrator (preferred);
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• ability to work with personnel documents and electronic databases;
• high responsibility, confidentiality;
• developed communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• confident PC user (Word, Excel, preferably HR programs/HRM systems).
