Personnel accounting specialist in ASVIO BANK, AT

We are actively developing, and we invite a HR specialist to join our team. Requirements:

• Experience of 1 year in the banking sector is mandatory
  ;
  • Knowledge of the basics of personnel administration;
  • Ability to maintain personnel documentation, the ability to form personnel reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative Acts;
  • Confident PC user: MS Office;
  • Good communication skills, organization, punctuality, attentiveness
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Knowledge of the ProFix program.

  Responsibilities:

  • formation and management of personal files of employees: admission, transfer and dismissal; provision of information to state bodies about hiring new employees; registration of vacations for employees;
  • preparation of draft orders according to the personnel composition of employees, control of familiarization of employees with orders;
  • implementation of sick leaves in the software, determination of insurance length of service for their payment, etc. ;
  • preparation of documents for transfer to the archive.
