Accountant for personnel accounting and payroll in SoftSvit

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of accounting, auditing;

• Thorough knowledge of PKU norms, labor legislation;

• 3 years of experience as an accountant salary (the experience of conducting payroll audits will be an advantage);

• Confident command of 1C, m.e.doc, office programs, the taxpayer's electronic cabinet;

• Ability to work in a team and result orientation;

• High level of computer literacy;

• Knowledge of various forms of payment: night, evening, overtime, additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and internal regulations;

• Maintaining personal files, making changes related to the work activities of employees;

• Forming orders from personnel, time sheet;

• Control of compliance with the vacation schedule and execution of the manager's orders regarding personnel work;

• Filling in the combined report 1PV (EUV+PIT);

• Calculation of wages and vacation reserves by group of companies;

• Management of sick leave and vacations;

• Monitoring of legislation and regulatory documents for timely consideration of changes in work;

• Performing direct tasks from the manager.
