We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Personal VIP Manager (German language)

Your future tasks:

• control of the VIP player base;
• maintaining user activity on projects;
• returning clients from inactivity;
• analyzing the behavior of the client base, providing personalized assistance to clients and creating a positive client experience on the project;
• li>processing of incoming and outgoing communications in accordance with tasks and customer requests.
  
  Your skills:
• fluent English and German (both written and spoken)
• ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
• ability to interest the client in projects, interestingly highlight the positive aspects of the project;
• working with player objections;
• multitasking;
• willingness to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge.
• Ability to work within the schedule 13:00- 22:00. Work schedule from Monday to Friday
  
  Desirable, but not critical:
• ability to use Excel;
• experience working with SoftSwiss administration.
