Functional duties:

• Development of long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships
  • strong>: work with a fixed client portfolio, which includes individuals and individual entrepreneurs
  • Client portfolio analysis: daily analysis to identify client needs
  • Support and coordination of banking services:full support of clients of the portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality service
  • Negotiations and attraction of new customers Premium segment:active participation in negotiation processes, expanding the customer base by attracting new customers: "warm" customers who have already contacted the company and developing potential among new customers who have recently opened an account
  • Ensuring high quality customer service:< /strong> maintenance of high service standards, prompt resolution of customer questions and requests, support of their satisfaction

  Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education (bachelor, master) of any profile
  • Experience in banking from 1 year
  • Analytical abilities and the ability to learn quickly
  • Developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of English at Intermediate level will be an advantage
