We are looking for a personal business- assistant to the CEO/UBO.
Responsibilities:
Time management:
CEO/UBO calendar management, scheduling meetings, calls, trips and other events.
Schedule coordination and reminders about important deadlines and tasks.
Organization of the working day taking into account priorities.
Administrative support:
Maintenance of documentation, preparation of presentations, reports and other information.
Organization of business correspondence, control over receipt and responses to letters.
Ensuring the storage of important documents and information.
Communication:
Negotiations, communication with partners, clients, employees on behalf of the CEO/UBO.
Coordination of tasks between company departments.
Representation of the manager's interests at internal and external events.
Control execution of tasks:Monitoring the execution of CEO/UBO assignments.< /p>
Compiling reports on the status of projects, identifying problem areas and proposing solutions.
Monitoring project deadlines.
Travel organization:Preparation of the logistics of business trips: booking tickets, hotels, transport.
Preparation of necessary information and documents for meetings during business trips.
Analysis and preparation of information:
Conducting research, market analysis, preparing summary data for decision-making.
Study and preparation of materials on new projects or initiatives.
Personal support:
Performing personal orders of the manager.
Organization of household issues that affect the manager's productivity.
Initiative and strategic thinking:
Offering ideas to improve the work of the CEO/UBO.
Proactive approach to solving potential problems.
This role requires a high level of organization, responsibility, confidentiality and the ability to multitask.
