Personal assistant / Content manager (remote) in Kuchma A.I., FOP

I am developing a personal brand at the intersection of professional finance, leadership and innovation. Twice she entered the TOP-10 best accountants of Ukraine (2018, 2024), now she is a member of the jury of the "Best Accountant of Ukraine 2025" contest. I conduct consulting activities and participate in social projects as a coach.

I am looking for a proactive person who will help structure content and free up my time for strategic tasks.

Content topics: accounting and finance, leadership, time planning, personal values (family, team, development), AI in accounting, social projects.

Responsibilities

— Create content according to the customer's ideas: texts and visuals for social networks
— Adapt content for three platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
— Publish content after approval
— Design training materials: presentations for performances and handouts for trainings
— Set tasks for contractors task manager and monitor execution
— Communicate with contractors on behalf of the customer as needed

Requirements

Professional skills:
— Experience creating content for social networks from 1 year
— Understanding the specifics of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
— Ability to create visual content (Canva or similar)
— Active use AI-tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language (literacy is mandatory)
- Ability to use DeepL to translate materials

Tools we work with: Notion, Microsoft To Do, Google Calendar, Google Disk, Canva, Napkin AI, NotebookLM.

Personal qualities:
- Compliance with agreements and of deadlines

Working conditions

— Format: remote work
— Load: 8-14 hours per week
— Schedule: flexible, with the possibility of prompt communication during working hours (9:00-18:00)
— Communication: weekly online meetings of 30 minutes + messenger
— Arrangement: cooperation under a civil law contract + NDA
— Payment: hourly, based on the results of the interview
