- understands economic unit D2C
- knows how to test, turn off inefficient and scale what works
- thinks as the owner of the direction, not as an executor
Main responsibilities:
Acquisition:
- launch and optimization of performance channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
- CAC control for each channel
- hypothesis testing and scaling of effective channels
Conversion:
- optimization of the site / landing / checkout
- A/B tests (offer, UX, bundles)
- reduction of abandon cart / checkout
Retention & LTV:
- launch of email / SMS
- cross-sell, up-sell, bundles
- growth of LTV without growth of CAC
Analytics:
- working with dashboards
- analysis of cohorts
- regular findings
KPI:
- CAC
- Payback period LTV contribution margin% of repeat purchases we offer:
