Performance Marketing Manager (Creative Strategy) in Talent Hunters Hub

Main tasks:

• analysis of iGaming markets in different GEOs: slots, providers, player behavior;
• generation of ideas and formation of hypotheses for advertising creatives;
• setting tasks for the production of creatives and control of the quality of implementation;
• analysis of effectiveness (CTR, CPA, ROI) and scaling of the most successful solutions;
• participation in test planning together with the media buying team;
• control of the distribution of traffic to key creatives and slots.

From the candidate we expect:

• strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data;
• understanding what makes creative effective and how to improve it;
• experience in forming and testing hypotheses;
• understanding the scaling process through media buying.

Will a plus:

• experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying / Affiliate;
• knowledge of Facebook Ads or other advertising platforms and key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI);
• experience in the gambling market.
