What are the challenges for they are waiting for you:

• Planning, implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms;
• Managing significant advertising budgets, ensuring compliance with marketing and business goals;
• Collaboration with the creative and design team to create and scale advertising creatives;
• Continuous search and testing of new user engagement strategies.

You will need:

• From 2 years in a similar position, in particular experience with mobile applications;
• Proficiency with MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), understanding of mobile attribution and experience with SKAN/web2app engagement;
• Knowledge of marketing metrics: CTR, CPC, and ROAS, ability to effectively manage marketing budget;
• English at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
