This role will be responsible for driving both organic and paid app installs through various digital user acquisition channels, while also overseeing App Store Optimization (ASO) activities to ensure the Viber app ranks highly in app store search results and attracts high-quality users. The Performance Marketing manager will be in charge of various cross-regional projects that will entail user acquisition strategy, paid advertising, organic growth, active collaboration & communication with key stakeholders, as well as budget management.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and user growth, aligned with Viber’s key markets and business objectivesIdentify and leverage new and existing digital channels to maximize reach and efficiencyCollaborate with product marketing & creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messagingImplement and manage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloadsConduct keyword research, optimize app store listings, and track performance metricsStay updated on mobile industry best practices and algorithm changesDesign and execute A/B tests to optimize app store elements such as screenshots, icons, and descriptionsCollaborate & coordinate your activities with marketing, product, creative and analytics stakeholders to drive the best results for your activitiesManage (set up) end-to-end analytics to optimize paid user acquisition strategies, including tracking campaign performance, analyzing user behavior, and driving data-driven decisions for growthPlan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple search ads, and other relevant platformsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and ROI targetsRequirements:5+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or a similar role, within the mobile app industry and in an international working environment Strong understanding of ASO best practices and experience with app store optimization.Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Data.ai, or similar. Experience running Tiktok Ads/other channels - advantageExcellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
