Who are we looking for
A person, who:
- strongly drives Meta Ads (Google is a plus)
- thinks in numbers (CAC/ROAS/LTV), not "in feelings"
- can see the funnel holistically (ad > site > purchase > repeat sales)
- willing to take responsibility for the result and process
Responsibilities at the start (first 60-90 days) Performance / PPC
- building the structure of campaigns in Meta Ads (cold/retarget/catalog/creative tests)
- hypothesis testing, scaling budget
- control of ROAS / CAC / CPL, analysis of audiences and creatives
- retargeting and segmentation (7/14/30/60 days)
Analytics
- control of correctness Pixel/Events, UTM logic, GA4
- regular reporting: what works / what does not work / what to do next
- work with Hotjar (or similar) to find loss points on the site
Funnel and conversion (CRO)
- audit site: product card, cart, check-out, dump points
- test plan to increase CR (2-4 tests/month)
Career track (3-6 months > Head of Marketing)
Under the conditions of KPI performance, the role expands:
- contractor management (site/SEO/creative/content)
- CRM and retention (Viber/Email/Telegram) as a system, not "one-off mailings"
- marketing plan of drops/promotions/seasons + launch coordination
- forming a mini-team or a clear system contractors
KPI (to be transparent)
60-90 days:
- stable advertising structure + regular tests
- control of economy (CAC/ROAS/margin by category)
- improvement of key funnel metrics (CR/CPA/ROAS) from current base
- forecast: which budgets produce which results and why
3-6 months:
- managed growth model (plan > budget > so farpki > revenue)
- less chaos: launch processes, responsible, deadlines
- launched retention cycles: repeat purchases, segments, triggers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance / PPC
- Meta Ads - mandatory, Google Ads - desirable
- experience in e-commerce (catalog, conversion, retargeting)
- basic understanding of SEO and CRO (to set the right TK)
- ability to work with numbers: CAC/ROAS/LTV
- self-organization and responsibility for the result
A plus will be:
- experience in managing contractors / setting up TK
- experience in launching CRM funnels (email/Viber/Telegram). quick implementation
- salary 50,000-70,000 UAH + bonus for KPI
- clear growth track to Head of Marketing
Test task (short)
- Action plan for the first 14 days (advertising + analytics + funnel)
- 3 hypotheses for scaling and 3 for reducing CAC
- 5 metrics you show the owner every week and what decisions you make based on them
