Ads platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads.
Analytics: GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking.
Reporting tools: Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
A/B testing: Meta Experiments, Google Ads Drafts & Experiments.
Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level).
Requirements:
2-4 years in performance marketing (B2C or B2B).
Launching and optimizing campaigns in several channels at the same time.
Working with large budgets.
Conducting A/B tests (creatives, audiences, leads).
Experience in subscriptions models (will be an advantage).

Optimization for KPI: CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS.
Audience segmentation: remarketing, look-alike, interests, custom audiences.
Building a UTM structure and funnel analytics.
Working with various creative formats (videos, banners, stories).
Understanding algorithms for purchasing traffic in Meta, Google, TikTok.
Competitor and benchmark analysis skills.
