The essence of the role:People Transformation Lead is responsible for the implementation of the company's transformation project in partnership with the CEO and the owner.

The role is about money, structure and managerial efficiency, and not about HR service or culture for culture's sake.

Key tasks (at the first stage):

  • Implementation of the company's transformation project together with the CEO and Owner

  • Optimization of FOT as an investment resource

  • Redesign and optimization of the organizational structure, roles and management levels

  • Evaluation of the performance of managers and key roles

  • Making decisions on the removal of ineffective roles and employees

  • Participation in projects introduction of new IT management elements (AI tools, HRIS, time accounting, analytics, management dashboards)

  • Implementation of changes in HR processes as part of the business management system

Experience requirements:

  • 8-12+ years in HR / People / Organizational roles
