People Partner (TENTENS Tech) in SKELAR

Now we are looking for an HR People Partner,to raise the bar of results together.

What challenges await you:

- Implementation, improvement and optimization of HR-processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Feedback ecosystem;

- Conducting HR studies, surveys, analysis of results and improvement of processes based on them;

— Training of people managers, consultation regarding HR policies, procedures and processes;

— Updating of policies, creation of actual work rules in remote teams, based on business needs and HR trends;

— Improvement of team and inter-team communications interaction.

What is important for us:

— You have experience in the domain of People Partnership;

— You have work experience with large teams (70+) and know how to work with people in offline and online formats (build team communications, monitor team moods, select motivational tools);

— You have effective communication skills (you can negotiate, argue your point of view, find win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the level of a team/work group);

— You are result-oriented at work (you set priorities, track the status of your goals, find resources to achieve goals, ask yourself the question "what problem are we solving?", adhere to deadlines);

— You act proactive and proactive (you take responsibility for yourself, offer new ideas, experiment in order to complete work faster and/or improve the quality of the final result).
