What tasks are for you waiting for: management of current and new HR projects (Employee Experience, Salary Appraisal, Handbook for Employees/Managers, Onboarding&Adaptation, Goals on Probation Period etc); administration of the personnel accounting system Zoho People. As a result, all employee profiles are filled, vacations are approved on time, the organizational structure is always up-to-date, salaries and positions are correct and correspond to reality; holding regular 1:1 meetings with the team leaders.
