Main responsibilities: implement, support and improve HR processes in the company - onboarding, retention, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, compensation and benefits, events; build and maintain trust and partnership relationships with teams and management; act as a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests; generate, lead HR-projects and implement them; work with analytical data and HR-metrics, automation and construction of processes in HR-systems. Requirements: work experience in the field of HR from 2 years; successful experience of construction, organization and implementation of internal HR processes in the company; communication and presentation skills; inquisitiveness and proactivity; organization and independence; work experience in the field of IT will be a plus.
