Today, we are a strong community of 2,000+ professionals and a reliable partner for global industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies.N-iX is looking for a People Partner who can build sustainable professional relationships and be a trusted partner to our contractors and company managers.In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the contractors' success by offering unwavering support throughout their journey, starting from the onboarding process and extending to their growth and career advancement. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, company managers, and contractors alike, you will drive organizational effectiveness, and talent management, and foster high levels of employee engagement.Also, as a People Partner working with contractors from different countries, your role would involve supporting HR processes on a global scale.Responsibilities:Collaborate with line management on critical people-related matters, such as contractor performance, engagement, and retention, by delivering accurate and timely insights in a structured and actionable formatConsults employees on career development, company policies and proceduresConducts regular 1:1s with employees and reports on retention risks Coordinates execution of the following process: onboarding, trial management, performance appraisals, retention risks management, rotations, service terminationsProvides department-required reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partners and Management teamProcesses employment records related to retention, promotion, performance management, and terminationSupports administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, leave of absence and vacationOther tasks within the area of responsibilityWorks with HR analytics, including employee satisfaction surveys and other key metrics, to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.Requirements:2+ years of relevant working experience Upper-Intermediate EnglishHighly developed listening and communication skillsProblem-solving and negotiating skillsResults driven personAbility to think critically, handle complex situations, and provide effective solutionsWe offer:Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packagePersonalized career growthProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharingEducation reimbursementMemorable anniversary presentsCorporate events and team buildingsOther location-specific benefits Show more Show less Посадовий рівеньNot applied Type of employment Full -time Job responsibilities Engineering Industry Software Development, Technology, Information and Internet and IT Services and IT Consulting
