The role involves working with a team, developing people and HR processes, so it is important to think broadly, see the context of processes and act in a structured manner. Support and implementation of key HR processes: adaptation of new employees, performance review, development, exit processes
Consulting the manager in complex HR cases and conflict resolution
Participation in the development of the team's corporate culture
Help in organizing team events
Help with office processes
What is important for this role:
2 years of experience supporting the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, performance management
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with teams
Experience in conducting difficult conversations (conflicts, dismissal, providing feedback)
Ability to balance the interests of business and employees
Experience in creating and implementing new processes, changes or transformations in the HR function
English level Intermediate or higher
Attention to details, responsibility and a proactive approach to work
Organization and ability to manage workload through prioritization
Openness to constructive feedback
