That is why we are looking for People Partner, who will work with us to develop new and improve existing HR processes.

What tasks await you:

  • management of current and new HR projects (Employee Experience, Salary Appraisal, Handbook for Employees/Managers, Onboarding&Adaptation, Goals on Probation Period etc);
  • administration of personnel accounting system Zoho People. As a result, all employee profiles are filled out, vacations are approved on time, the organizational structure is always up-to-date, salaries and positions are correct and are true;
  • holding regular 1:1 meetings with those team leaders Sharing insights from analytics, surveys and consulting – not only to gather information, but also to share valuable feedback that contributes to the improvement of internal processes and atmosphere in teams;
  • training for managers and employees as part of HR projects;
  • updating and developing policies, guides, and instructions as needed business;
  • cross-functional cooperation with L&D, Finance, Legal;
  • organization of events for the company.

We will feel connected if you:

  • have experience in the role of HR Generalist/ People Partner/HR Project Manager/ Business Partner;
  • have a deep understanding of all stages of the Employee lifecycle (from onboarding to dismissal);
  • can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and do not seek stability , and instructions/orders;
  • you have experience working with various stakeholders, including C-level management and complex managers;
  • in the HR field, not only because you “love people and communicate with them”;
  • you are not afraid to go through the path of transformation with the company;
  • ready/ready not only to support existing processes, but also to reload/improve them;
  • have strong organizational and project-management skills; 
  • ready to take the initiative, quickly learn new tasks and offer non-standard solutions;
  • think critically, analyze the situation from different angles and know how to adapt the approach to the situation;
  • you know how to bring projects to the end and be responsible for the result;
  • you easily cope with multitasking and quickly adapt to changes.


Will be a plus:

  • experience of working in a fast growing environment/in a company with a startup culture/in a company in a period of transformation;
  • experience of working with automated HRM systems;
  • experience working with HR metrics, HR-analytics;
  • if you have coaching, facilitation skills
  • if you know English at the B2+ level, for the opportunity to exchange experience with our colleagues from the European offices;
  • read /read a book about culture on Netflix and share the principles of working with teams specified in the book;
