Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.The Crown Is YoursAs a People Operations Specialist, you will support the People Team in managing employee lifecycle events like onboarding, job changes, and separations through our internal employee case management systems and our HRIS system, Workday. In this role, you’ll respond to employees, managers, and other internal stakeholders based on service-level agreements and best practices. You will contribute to process improvement, and through operational excellence will help DraftKings achieve the best results.What you’ll do as a People Operations SpecialistYou will be responsible for employee lifecycle processes and documentation: hirings, terminations, time off and leave of absence management, addendums, etc.Working with internal company HCM system – WorkdayResolving employees’ queries through the Freshservice ticketing systemHandling onboarding for new hiresClosely collaborating with Finance, Payroll, People, Legal teams, and other stakeholders from the businessPeople Operations Auditing and reportingStock Grant auditingProviding administrative support to People team members, managers, and employeesMonitoring changes in local employment legislationParticipating in systems configuration changes, projects, and meetings to help roll out new processesWhat you’ll bringBachelor's or Master’s degree in HR Management, Economics, or Business AdministrationProfessional experience – at least 2 years in the same or similar positionFluency in English languageExcellent communication skillsCollaborative, positive, and people-oriented personalityWorkday or similar HCM experience preferredJoin Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
