Simulmedia is looking for an experienced and talented HR Operations specialist with a curious and creative mindset to join our dynamic team. As an HR Operations Specialist at Simulmedia, you will be a key player in building our processes in Simulmedia Ukraine, shaping the culture, and maintaining a culture of ownership.This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely, having occasional team meetings in the office.ResponsibilitiesHelp us shape operational & HR processes for Simulmedia Ukraine.Maintaining digital personnel records.Collect relevant information for employee onboarding.Create internal policies and document HR-related processes.Create surveys and proactively communicate with employees about day-to-day operations.Managing office-related requests (deliveries, employee’s requests, etc.).Collaborate with other departments/partners - assist with accounting/legal-related tasks.QualificationsWork experience of more than 2 years as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.Basic knowledge of labor legislation.Experience with spreadsheets.Organizational skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate+ English.
