People Operations Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to help develop and scale HR processes, improve the employee experience and support effective teams. This role combines operational HR, process development, analytics and business support through strong people-practices.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and optimization of People Operations processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance review, engagement).
• Implementation and automation of HR processes.
• Working with HR analytics and metrics.
• Support and development of internal policies and procedures.
• Interaction with managers and teams regarding people issues.
• Improving employee experience and corporate culture.
• Coordination of benefits and internal HR initiatives.

We expect:

• 2 years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations / HR Generalist.
• Understanding HR processes and employees lifecycle.
• Experience of working with HRIS or internal systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English is not lower than B1.
