Main responsibilities:
- Organization of the full onboarding and offboarding cycle
- Team HR support
- Consultative support for managers and employees
- Engagement monitoring and performance review support
- Health Insurance Administration
- Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures
- Administration of internal Academy, Knowledge base and Notion structure
- Preparation of internal communications and participation in HR initiatives
What is important for this role:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar or related HR position
- Understanding the full employee life cycle
- Experience with HR policies and their practical application
- Skills for analyzing and structuring information
- Experience in building or optimizing HR processes
- Experience with HRM / HRIS systems
- Confident use of corporate Google tools (Docs, Drive, Calendar)
- English - from level B1
- System thinking, focus on continuous improvement
- Developed teamwork skills and emotional intelligence
