< strong style="font-weight: 700">Main work tasks:

• Enter data into an automated system (hereinafter referred to as AU) regarding the structure and number of the macro-region;
• Prepare information regarding job titles and structural divisions within the framework of the attestation of jobs in the macro-region. Based on the results of the attestation, draw up an order on the establishment of additional payments/surcharges and enter data into the AC;
• Prepare a project of an individual compensation package for a candidate upon hiring or transfer to another position;
• Control the terms of job review salary according to agreed proposals. Prepare drafts of orders on salary changes and enter data into the AC;
• Compile and submit statistical reports within the established deadlines. Prepare documents for transfer to the archive.

You are our candidate if :

• Have knowledge of the basics of labor legislation;
• Have the skills of a confident user of MS Office ( excel, Word);
• You have an organized package of documents (in particular, a certificate of attribution or military ID).
