Our client — a port terminal (elevator), Odesa, which is part of a stable group of agricultural companies with 100% foreign investment, is looking for a calculation specialist to join its team payroll and personnel administration
Specialist ensures accurate and timely billing remuneration for employees, compliance with regulatory requirements and promotion of work efficiency in the organization.
Ensures the maintenance of personnel documentation, relevance, accuracy and compliance with the legislation of the personnel database .
Requirements:
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics;
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and accounting in relation to wages;
- Experience of working in a similar position for 3 years or more, preferably at enterprises in the manufacturing or agrarian sector (state from 50 employees);
- Proficiency in English will be an advantage;
- Experienced user of Excel;
- Developed analytical skills;
- High level of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Aspiration to develop in the field of HR;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, good communication skills;
- Highly motivated, proactive, self-disciplined, strong team player.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the full cycle of calculation and payment of wages (work according to timesheets, overtime, bonuses, vacations, sick leave, health insurance, other additional benefits, work in to the client-bank system);
- Calculation of vacation pay reserve calculation;
- Reconciliation and closing taxes on payments with Accounting;
- Tracking changes in labor legislation and regulations;
- Maintenance and improving the system for calculating wages, taking into account changes in the legislation when interacting with the developers of the system;
- Preparation of reporting (statistical, tax, in Pension fund)
- Be the contact person for inquiries about wages and benefits for the company's employees;
- Participate in internal and external audits (tax, statistics, audits); overtime, employment contracts, vacations, dismissal, material assistancea, staff schedule).
