Payroll and personnel accountant in Yarofrut, TOV

Our company is a manufacturer of frozen products (berry, fruit and vegetable product groups) with powerful own production in Lviv Region and a network of warehouses. Today, we are actively expanding, so we are opening another vacancy in the accounting department, and we are looking for a responsible and experienced specialist =)

We are considering candidates for personnel management and payroll from both'required work experience.

From the candidate we expect:

• Experience as a payroll accountant, practical experience in personnel managementrequired
• Knowledge and practical experience in programs: BAS, 1C. Accounting
• Analytical mindset
• Punctuality, responsibility , attention to details

Your key tasks will be:

• Management of personnel (100 employees): registration, dismissal, sick leave (10-20 units per month), etc.
• Payroll, work in BAS KORP (this process will simplify the fact that we work in a program with advanced automation of personnel accounting and payroll accounting)

And also other ongoing tasks such as:

• Working with previous periods by staff (printing from the program, checking, hemming, etc.).
• Refining job descriptions (we have already started this process, need to catch up and finalize).
• Military accounting
• In the future, participation in the improvement of the existing salary calculation system and personnel management together with the chief accountant
• Communication on other tasks according to your area of ​​responsibility with the chief accountant.
