Your functionality will include:

• calculation of wages and compensation of employees;
• analysis of wages;
• establishment and development of business processes for accounting and calculation of wages;
• li>
• forecasting and calculation of the trend;
• calculation and analysis of indicators of payback and gross profit per employee;
• consolidation and display of data in the ERP database;
• conducting analysis of the company's budget implementation;
• maintaining internal reporting of the department;
• formation of external reporting;

Required skills and knowledge:

• knowledge of MS Office Excel at an advanced level, as well as Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive Outlook (preferred);
• ERP skills will be an advantage;
• economic education will be an advantage;
• attention and perseverance;
• analytical and systemic type of thinking;
• ability to trace cause-and-effect relationships;< /li>
